Once again Cheryl at Hays Travel…
Once again Cheryl at Hays Travel Downham Market branch has been brilliant. My holiday in January and September this year was sorted last year with Cheryl who found me the flights and hotels I wanted and both at an excellent price. I have just been to enquire about a holiday for Jan/Feb27 and once again Cheryl found me an excellent deal so goes without saying I have booked. Can not fault this branch I do normally see or speak to Cheryl but have phoned and all the staff are very helpful and polite.

I found Millie
I found Millie, at Downham Market, very likeable, efficient and she dealt with my request in no time at all.
A couple of days later she advised me I could go in and book my seats on the plane to Thailand which I did. And fortunately she asked if I had dietary requirements, which I had forgotten to mention, so we sorted that. And all I can do now is hope there is no war, and I can fly off feeling a tiny bit more relaxed. !
