Our Travel Advisor was Michelle, we explained what we wanted for our trip to Canada and Michelle sorted it all out for us. We needed car hire and hotels for various stops, Hays did the lot as a package. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service
Popped into the shop to make an enquiry. Was given excellent advice and no pressure to buy from Michelle. Very friendly and relaxed experience. When I rang back to book it was handled very efficiently. And they open on Sundays which is amazing!!

Went in looking for an immediate week in the sun, bit of a miracle I thought. Paula in Downpatrick worked tirelessly for us and got us a week at a great price, not easy considering it was 1/2 term break. I will certainly be back for the summer holiday.
