Really good service
Started to deal with an advisor on line, called Gill, who was extremely helpful. I then contacted the agency by telephone to book the said holiday and this was dealt with in a professional but casual way. Can't fault Hay's in any way.

Another First Class Experience
Another fantastic experience with Sophie at Hays. After returning from holiday we spoke to Sophie about holiday options in September. Sophie researched and gave us options based on our own criteria, and knowledge of others who had shared their own holiday experience. With this confidence our holiday is now booked.
