Called in to the branch
Called in to the branch. Louise was very helpful and researched based on my needs, which changed a couple of times as my dates were uncertain. Managed to get me a better location and cheaper through further looking into it.

All in the preparation Telephoned the day before went in…
Telephoned the day before we went in the shop , Chloe was very helpful checking flights / car parking
So when we went in the next day all questions and queries were answered which saved time .

The highly informative professional team, alwsys friwndly & nothing is to much to ask. Louise from Durham branch had a mountain to climb to find a holiday which suited all rhe needs of 9, 5 adults & 4 children of mixed ages, sbe was so patient, absolutly brilliant service

Overall a good experience
Overall we got the holiday we wanted at a fair price. The only snag was I had to call back and the adviser was unable to access our historic details from previous bookings. This would have made the admin much easier than having to give names etc again. We love Hays and would recommend them.

Charlotte was great with us. She spent around 4 hours helping us to get the best deal and ensuring that we had a great hotel location. She was very kind and helpful with us. The booking process itself was very quick and we got it all sorted within the day.
