Fiona in EK made everything easy and simple. Had to make changes to trip and all was done with no fuss. Good advice and provided everything needed. Appreciated time spent understanding my needs.

Fantastic Service.
Kerry was wonderful. We went through every single option and had to show the patience of a saint when dealing with Celebrity cruises. She did a great job and got the best deal possible for my family. I would give her a medal. She went above and beyond.

Terrific Company
The agent dealing with our holidays was very engaging and understood our needs. We had such a great experience we have booked again with Fiona in your East Kilbride shop for December a canary cruise as well as a cruise next year to the Fyords. Also just booked Rhodes again also with Fiona. Will always use Hayes especially if dealing with Fiona. What an asset Fiona is to your company.
