Friendly and understanding help and advice was given regarding available flights and pricing of alternative bookings. In addition, provision was arranged for me in terms of any necessary assistance being required when booking in or negotiating queues in terminals here and at my destination in South Africa.
I have experienced the service provided by Hays on a previous occasion and was not disappointed!

Brilliant service with the personal touch
We have used Hays in Eastbourne for the last few holidays we have had and the service is always exceptional . We love the personal touch which is always so welcoming and professional . Having not had a holiday abroad before now, I wasn’t sure how to go about it doing it on line, so going into the Hays travel agent meant we got exactly what we wanted with little effort, they were very helpful in helping us tailor our holiday to our requirements.

Helpful assistant
Very helpful young lady who was efficient. When we went back in to book, having discussed possible options a few days before, another assistant was speaking extremely loudly on the telephone booking for a client who was not in the branch. We found this very distracting as we could hardly hear the helpful young lady serving us!

Amanda was very helpful and took note of our wish list. Booking took a while as system was slow. She pointed out that their paperwork would show plane symbol and print departure from Gatwick and arrive at Charles de Gaulle and not St Pancras and Gare du Nord as it should. Perhaps Hays need to update their system.
