The friendly approach of the staff and assistance provided over hotel choice and pricing. Nothing was to much trouble.The iffer of a hot drink was appreciated enjoed the coffee.
Also discussed next years holiday to Japan again excellwnt advise given. I will be coming back to book it.

She was really patient in sorting everything out and even saved us over £2500 compared to other quotes we had received!
