The added knowledge made choosing a holiday at lot more straightforward than trying to book it in my own. I was treated in a kind and professional manner throughout my visit - this is the second time we have booked with Hays in Eltham and would highly recommend using their services again.

Knowledgeable Hays staff, very helpful too. Well informed young lady regarding booking a holiday. As a widow this will be my first ‘adventure’ going solo, to somewhere completely different, after watching the same cruise on helped me and me friend to also see a virtual tour around the boat.

As I havnt booked a holiday for a long while via a travel agent I found them very helpful and patient and we want to.know we are going to a good resort and location and thought we let the travel agent can advise us and give recommendations.

I've booked several holidays with Hayes and have never been disappointed. The team are always friendly, helpful and will go out of their way to find the best deals as well as giving good advice and shared experiences to places they have visited. I Would definitely recommend their services.
