The staff was very helpful and most importantly they were very patient with me as I didn’t know where I wanted to take my girlfriend.

As always the staff at Hays Travel in Eltham are so professional knowledgeable helpful & friendly & we wouldn’t book our holidays anywhere else. Me and my partner went to Hays in Eltham to book our honeymoon for next year. The staff were all so lovely and helpful. We spent time going through all of the elements which we wanted and they found our dream destination and resort. Highly recommend!!

My first time using Hays Travel and my experience was wonderful. Mel who attended to me was amazing, made me feel at home, updated me on flights bookings, ensured flight bookings details were correct, she knows the job, flights fares were so reasonable and unbelievable. They went to great trouble to make our booking but were let down by the airline which changed the the flight so we had to cancel. We will be going back again to Hays to try something else as they always give us such good service.
