I contacted Emma with regards to getting a quotation for one of my bucket list holidays. The quote was provided promptly with optional extra's included, so as not to give any unpleasant surprises. Holiday was then booked and I can't believe I'm actually going.

Best personal travel consultant ever
Our Hays personal travel consultant, Emma Idle, was so helpful in putting together a package to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. Nothing was too much trouble when we changed the destination several times. She was a joy to plan our holiday with, extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, and with us all the way to finally booking with her.

Emma gave me a number of choices as I wasn’t sure where I wanted to book. Once we decided on a location and a hotel she was quick and super efficient in getting everything booked. She’s a true professional and makes the process so simple. Thank you we will be booking though you again.
