Excellent customer service. Very professional and most helpful in finding our holiday arrangements and extras such as hotel and car parking requirements.

We have always used Hays travel for one special reason. Trust.! To give an example I ordered Czech currency from Andy in the currency exchange. Later Andy noticedI was flying into Poland and rang me to make sure I had the correct currency.
Also Holly in the shop has been very helpful in arranging my trip. Excellent staff.

The store was busy which clearly shows how popular it is.
I was served by Esme - she was personable, kind, happy, knowledgable and a pleasure to spend half an hour with. I knew where I wanted to go which made my visit quicker than some who visit I imagine.
Esme knew a lot about the area I am holidaying, she organised my silver stay parking at Bristol airport, offered to organise my insurance but I already have that with my bank account. Esme handed me my paperwork and emailed everything to me aswell.
All in all I would definitely visit Hays again and would make a beeline for esme if she isn’t busy!

Very helpful we didn't know where we wanted to go but good advice and knowledgeable.

I’m a bit disappointed really I used gift vouchers that my dad gave me to pay for a bit of my holiday and after I had paid the balance I got a call asking for more money as they said they were out of date.
I saw no date on the cards
Very disappointed as my dad’s just died and it was one of the last gifts from him I’m thinking after you have paid your balance and left the shop you should not be asked for more money transaction was completed

Holly the Hayes Agent was excellent. Very professional efficient and effective. Cleary experienced and an asset to the company
