Booked my holiday at Failsworth branch of hays travel and the staff there are amazing.they are very friendly and knowledgeable and ensure you get the best deal holiday.can not recommend them enough.

We had problems getting a flight from Manchester to malaga due to United playing at bilbao search the Web and could not get 2 tickets for less than £550.but went to are favourite Hayes travel at Failsworth were able to get us sorted with a flight a big thank you to all the lovely staff for your help for getting us home for less than £350 including are 2 suitcase Carl and sue.

Ellie was really helpful and efficient
Ellie was really helpful and efficient, she printed the confirmation letter out so I could share with my friend. Whilst I was in the shop observing I got a really good vibe from the other members of the team that they really want to help and support you getting the most out of your holiday.

Finding a good travel agent
On arrival into the shop we was met with a lovely smile and felt like we was going to looked after, we was offered a hot drink also with a smile ,the staff were was amazing as we didn't know where we wanted to go ,they was very patient and asked lots of questions to really get to know what we was looking for ,we came out having booked our holiday very impressed, think we have found our forever travel, relief 😁
