Hays Travel - Failsworth Avis 

Jasmine booked our holiday and she was amazing. She took time to discuss our requirements and even got us an extra night for less than £100. She is a credit to Hays travel and I will definitely book with her again.

The office appeared disorganised & staff seemed distracted resulting in my details being entered incorrectly all my details being already on the system ! ,I had to return day later to have everything corrected . Printer outdated only producing B&W prints , adding to the negative experience .. this has left me concerned around check in !!Are they correct ect ect also App won’t load my documents causing further anxiety around correctness of the documentation

The Service was Pleasant , Efficient and Successfully found a Suitable Holiday.

Just called in to your Failsworth branch,as we were not sure where we wanted to go at short notice.the ladies were brilliant,it literally took them 10mins and we walked out with a great holiday at a great price

Jasmine has been particularly helpful, understanding and patient despite me changing my holiday requirements. I ended up booking a Holiday to Halkidiki so in the end we had a successful outcome.

Great girls in the failsworth branch and I love the old fashioned way of sitting and booking your holiday in the shop it feels much more exciting and personal 😀

We were advised to go from a family member and we was not disappointed. We called first so when we arrived a couple of suggested locations would be available to view. It seemed the call worked as it was one of the locations we decided to book. We can't thank Hays enough, especially Sue. We would definitely recommend them and we will be back to book for next year.
