Brilliant service.
Once again the staff in branch especially Emmeline catered for our every need. The whole process took quite a while but she was very calm and patient with us sorting everything from start to finish. Chloe another young lady even brought us coffee. Excellent service.

On Visiting your Fakenham shop I popped in for some advice and met a young lady called Natasha Southerland, I asked her about Family Holidays.
She was very friendly and helpful but she didn’t know what was to come next?
Thanks to her hard work and patience we have successfully booked a family holiday for 18 People
To Tenerife next August 2025 and taken care of everything for us our ages are 77 for myself and my partner 82 I think 5 stars for her is not enough.

Went to book a xmas market trip in germany. The staff was so helpful with locations flights etc. we was very pleased we went back with a box of chocolates for them to share.
