Brilliant service, we went in looking for a holiday for 11 , the stuff in fareham branch was Jamie and she was very patient with us, we eventually booked the holiday. Service all the way through was excellent. 5 stars

I researched the holiday on the Hays…
I researched the holiday on the Hays website but I like to book my holidays through a human so it was nice to go into a local branch and be assisted, particularly for something that is more costly than your average spend.
Great service, I will be back when booking a future adventue.

Cancelling a holiday.
I was able to cancel a holiday, and then booka new holiday. They always listen to my requirements. I used to book direct, but as I have got older I like speaking to people face yo face. Thank you Megan and another member of staff how help sort out a glitch.
