Great service, Lola in the Fordingbridge branch helped us with advice on where to go at the time of year we wanted to go, and we ended up booking a country we hadn’t even thought of until she mentioned it. Very knowledge and very friendly, thank you

Majorca
Telephoned Hayes to enquire about holidaying in a particular hotel in Majorca flying from Bournemouth. The young man I spoke to quickly found a package for the hotel in question. Had confidence in the answers to my questions. He rang the travel company to confirm the view from our room. He was polite, friendly & listened to what I had to say. Overall a good experience.

Trip to kephalonia .
Decided on hotel and Emailed Marc .
Went in later in the day sorted everything out very quickly and got a very good deal.
Totally recommend wouldn't go anywhere else

Great experience - as always
It’s always a friendly, helpful atmosphere at Hayes, Fordingbridge. We have dealt with Marc since he was a trainee (he’s now Assistant Manager) and he is always extremely efficient and helpful.
