Rebecca dealt with my request and she was wonderful. Competent and pleasant.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I said what I wanted and J quickly and efficiently input my request. J asked about insurance and about any in-flight requests. Explained next steps and presented me with my paperwork to confirm my booking.

I contacted for help booking a girls trip with specific requirements. Natalie (Forestside store) was extremely helpful. Gave lots of options that suited and some variations. Natalie made the process seamless and we can’t wait for our trip now.

My booking was handled by a helpful, knowledgeable and friendly agent.

On arrival at the Forestside branch we had 5 suggested hotels with us and after showing the list to Natalie she recommended right away 3 that were outstanding, she said that she would do all 3 for my Wife and I to pick one which we were thankful for her to do all 3. Natalie then proceeded with the booking on our behalf and was efficient in doing so as well as taking her time explaining everything to do with our holiday, all the staff have been very helpful anytime we go there either with booking a holiday or exchanging money the service is outstanding ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Having not travelled beyond GB for nearly 30 years I needed a serious amount of help to navigate the booking process. I chose Hayes because it wasn't too far from where I live and is a larger company. Jenna at Forestside could not have been more helpful. She explained all my options, regarding flights and accomodation and was able to provide the total cost there and then. It took away my own anxiety about trying to organise all that myself. I was able to pay when I got home having reviewed all the plans, followed the link in the email and hey presto! that was my holiday booked. All the staff were lovely and professional and didn't overwhelm me with too many options, knowing what I was looking for, and offered advice when asked.
