Easy to chat to reviewed all concerns what was covered what is not covered in the cruise. Also gave advise about travelling the day before to catch cruise ship which leaves early morning. Advised us on available packages and if for example we opted for a restaurant that was not part of the package. Agent v helpful

Absolutely brilliant experience
Absolutely brilliant experience, Danielle was a delight to deal with in foyleside, she made everything completely stress free, from flights to transport, food and insurance etc everything you could need, I am nervous about travel, and Danielle has made it that I know I will be well looked after, thank you

I have reviewed your booking and the Gold package can only be added on in resort this is the hotelier's discission and something that is beyond our control. We would always like to offer our customers a full package that they would want to book but unfortunately the upgrade is something that is not available for us to offer.
