Holiday booking - very good service
The member of staff to whom I spoke was very knowledgeable. When I told her the type of holiday I wanted, where, when etc., she provided me with all details very quickly. She was pleasant, patient and approachable. I was provided with instant oral and instant feedback.

If in any doubt remember give Hayes travel a Shout.
My experience was first class. With in 10mins I had a holiday destination selected. And booked with complete satisfaction the young lady was very knowledgeable. And took the time to check all price options. I've used Hayes travel in the past. But just a random call in provided the reassurance I needed. I'll be calling again to book another holiday in mid September. Well-done we definitely still need Hayes travel when any doubt or confusion creeps in.
