Summer holidays
We have booked our holidays through Hays travel at Fulwell for a few years now and the service keeps getting better after every visit .
Ameilia booked our summer holiday to lanzarote without any problems, she was very helpful , gave us plenty of information & explained everything about the booking process .

Yet again first class service from…
Yet again first class service from Kirsty at Hays Travel Fulwell branch. Kirsty rang me the day prior to the bookings for a Fred Olsen cruise from Newcastle were going on sale the next day and she expected demand to be very heavy. The next day with having had prior notice we were able to proceed quickly ,and in no time at all she had our cruise booked . We are very pleased with the care and attention Hays Travel takes in looking after us.
