Harvie was extremely helpful. We were not sure where we wanted to go, but Harvie came up with wonderful options of which we chose one. Her replies to our emails were always prompt, so we could book the holiday and relax.

Great service from Hays Gateshead
Both Kirsty and Sophie were great and respondede to my message really quickly. Sophie rang me to book the cruise and also liaised with my friends who also wanted to book the same trip. Great service. Very happy with the customer service and most of all the price and easy/affordable options to pay Direct Debit over a period of time! 5 star and would recommend!

The staff are all friendly, polite & very professional we have been going to that shop for a long time Colin & all his staff are great we were dealt this time by Kirsty who we can't praise enough nothing is too much trouble & explains any thing we ask or what she is doing great work keep it up

Holidays
The lady was lovely, very helpful with the booking of both holidays, very , greatful, but taking a name off my booking though the American company for my cruise wasn't so great, spent alot of time in shop, the poor lady's ears. But she was great.
