Really good deal for a short city break in Krakow. Hays rep, Sorcha, was excellent and dealt with the whole booking professionally.

My holiday booking
My holiday booking was completed very quickly and easily by Sarah in the Gordon Street, Glasgow office.
She was warm and friendly.
Ceilidh in the Milngavie office checked my passport and printed my boarding passes . All done efficiently and kindly.

First class service
My friend went in to chat about an offer we saw in the shop window….we left 30 minutes later booked up and buzzing about our trip to Rome. The service we received was first class and the assistant was so helpful. I would highly recommend hays travel for any future breaks we are planning
