Hays Travel - Gosport Avis 

We are an older couple who are not very good with the use of the Internet. So we prefer the personal touch. The young lady who helped us was very helpful and friendly and understanding. I would definitely use them again

I contacted Hays Gosport as I needed a last minute flight to Australia, which required me to be on the same flights as my husband. Emma-Grace was fantastic in obtaining the flight quotes and getting it booked as quickly as possible in order for us to be able to travel together.

Well I stay in Scotland I had been in the Ayr store with my mother and to be honest that wasn't a good experience sorry my mum actually fell asleep now I'm Scottish and I couldn't make a word coming out her mouth she was very slang spoken not being a snob but subtitles would fail to pick up what was being said .so roll on few weeks seen your advert on tik tok an amazing deal I got a call from Chloe who I would just like to say was exceptional couldn't of asked for more she was in the Gosport store in England

Really excellent communication throughout whole process

I would of give 5 , I have to give 4.
Reason being I asked for a price match on what I saw on Easyjet Holidays App.

At first the price match wasn't given.

Then eventually the lady at Hays Travel Gosport gave me the price match with a travel Insurance as extra payment which is understandable fine to pay for.

On the other hand the lady at Hays Travel was fast at getting my deal done from making sure I got the easyjet flight times and seat section I wanted.

Also got the hotel dates I wanted , so overall it was a ok experience minus the original price Hays Travel were mentioning that was more than I wanted to pay before the price dropped to the price match.

Always use Gosport Hays Travel. Very easy to book with them great team.
