Stress Free Booking
Graham makes it stress free, I let him know where we want to go, he sends me numerous options, I pick one of them and then Graham sorts it all out and emails me the paperwork...literally could not be easier!

Australia booking - Graham Kelly
So I looked online re booking an Australia holiday for December - it was looking to be less and less likely until I checked out Hays Travel.
Having looked at the reps and deciding to go with Graham; it couldn't have been any easier as he set everything out including easy maps and clear itinerary etc
The price of this holiday included transfers, hotels and he ensured that I applied for the appropriate visas etc
I can't recommended Graham enough and cannot wait for this holiday 😁

Went above and beyond to find us a holiday within budget after ours was cancelled at the last minute on Wednesday evening as we were due to fly out. Quick and efficient service at unsociable hours. Friendly and helpful, I highly recommend to use Graham. The most helpful person, after 2 days exhausting all other avenues he came up trumps for our family holiday.

Great customer service
As always Graham is responsive, wherever he may be, and does everything he can to give the best price available. He takes the headaches out of all the admin involved in booking a holiday.
