We saw Nicola at Great Yarmouth, and she was brilliant. She was soooo helpful, and took a long time to get the best deals for us, and ended up saving us quite a bit of money.
I had a major problem with flights involving change of dates and hotel reservations but Iona was very patient and after two visits it was resolved.

Stress free holiday package booked
Nathan at the Great Yarmouth branch was fantastic. Having go nowhere ourselves on the internet, Nathan listened to our holiday likes and dislikes and suggested destinations in our fixed dates ranges. We were novices in booking holiday packages and he made the whole experience very easy and stress free. We came away with a city break to Budapest and a special all inclusive holiday to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary.

GOOD SERVICE FROM NEW STAFF MEMBER.
The young lady greeted us as we walked in the door.
Apparently she was new to the branch.
We asked for what we were looking for….she had some problems sourcing our choice…but she didn’t give up.
Finally between us we found and booked our chosen destination.

Claire at Hays Travel Great Yarmouth is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the travel industry, very patient and understanding of people's needs. The staff are experts in there field and I would not go anywhere else , I prefer face to face when booking a holiday and you can do that by going into Hays Great Yarmouth and not on line , the staff are very friendly and polite and always very welcoming.
