The assistant was extremely helpful and look through countless holiday to help find the right one for my family (I’m a wheelchair user). She asked othe members of staff who had been on the same holiday and used assistance for family members to come and speak to us to put us at ease about our trip. Would definitely recommend and use the company again.

Great experience. Very knowledgeable about the resort and numerous hotels. Booked quickly and advised on using the app. Emailed all documents and confirmed delivery while still in shop.

Alison in your Greenock branch was very helpful and informative, we booked our trips for the cruise through Alison again so helpful and patient, we’ve booked again through Alison for our November trip this year she sorted it all out for us it makes a big difference when booking when you know and trust the person your booking it through.

My son and I went in looking to book a cruise and Jaqueline did her up most to find us what we were looking for . After booking a few days later we have been given a complimentary upgrade from MSC .

Fab experience in store Alayna spent over an hour with me helping me choose the perfect holiday to celebrate my hubbys 60th, her knowledge was brilliant and it helped me make my final choice, she also done a poster that I can print off to surprise him with

Alayna is so helpful and friendly she knows exactly what holiday we want as we only go to her to book our holiday . If Alayna is off when we pass we do not go in until we know she is working. We have been booking our holiday with Alayna for a good couple of years now and will not go anywhere else.

Friendly staff,never rushed when your in store. Very knowledgeable on all holidays and they are able to guide you in the right direction for what suits your needs. Very respectful of your budget too. Nice big clean shop. You can get some good deals.

My partner and I went into book New York for our 50th birthdays.
