Gwalia was brilliant
Gwalia was brilliant , asked what I’d like and what my price range was , quickly found us some holidays which were brilliant , worked hard to get us what we wanted past normal working hours which was brilliant for me as I don’t have time to go in to a store I recommend Gwalia to anyone looking to book with ease , the customer service is fantastic Thankyou Gwalia

Booking with Gwalia at Hays Travel has been so simple, Agent is super efficient at replying to messages, I have sent her endless messages for quotes and she’s never put pressure on to book, Shes very thorough and also agrees to check you in, I have a few Hays agents on FB as we are just back from a recent holiday, this time I decided to book with Gwalia as she always went that extra mile to help, always replies to messages and seems really enthusiastic about her work. I have also recommended her to my friends n who are looking to book holidays.
