Normally I would give you 5 stars but this time the lady in question didn't appear to be very confident in what she was doing g but we got there I the end

I booked a last minute getaway with the help of Lucy from the Halesowen Hays branch in the Cornbow Centre. I was looking for a last minute, solo, beach holiday before I started my studies in September. As a young woman in my 20’s I wanted to go somewhere that felt safe to go alone. I also wanted to visit a location that had a good balance of beach days and quiet days while also having a nearby city and somewhere I could explore. Lucy understood what I wanted and offered really helpful advice. Being similar ages to one another she was also very easy to connect with and to help me sort through places very quickly from her own experiences as well as industry experience. I had a really positive experience in store and I had a fantastic solo trip away. My trip ticked all my boxes, I felt completely safe and had the option to explore. Portinatx was a great recommendation from Lucy and I would definitely go there again. El Greco was a brilliant hotel with lovely and approachable staff. It was also right on the beach! I recommend this trip to any solo travelling females. Thanks again Lucy, I will definitely be coming back to book another trip with you!

I used hays travel as not confident setting travel on my phone so all the help we received was gratefully appreciated

Talked to agent about our needs she fully understood. Got our cruise sorted and booked. Explained things clearly even having to go over things several times.
I usually book cruises myself but it was less stressful doing through Hays

Last minute holiday needed and wanted to take the stress out of booking online. Looked at a few hotel choices and made a decision based on helpful advice. Booking process was made easy.

We were dealt with by Charli, as soon as we walked in she approached us and asked what we were looking for and if we needed any help. We had an idea of what we wanted and after talking it through Charli then looked into everything for us. She was helpful, informative, friendly and very patient going through everything before going ahead with the booking. We would definitely use Hays Travel again and recommend to anyone thinking of booking a break.

The Ladies we dealt with were very knowledgeable ,Sarah who normally does the travel money had not done a booking in a while but was more than capable and was helped by her colleague ( sorry forgot her name she was training upstairs).
Mia did some forward research after a call from my wife the previous day.
They managed to match a price we had from TUI so they could secure the business, we prefer to go to a Travel agent as they know the ins and outs .
Would recommend this branch of Hays.
