Excellent Hayes
When we walked through the door as soon as the shop opened there were people smiling and ready to help. Courtney was very helpful going through all our options in our price range and the holiday we wanted. She explained about the new passport requirements, seat booking and everything else we needed to do. As we have not been abroad for over 10 years this was vital. Thanks all at Hayes.
