Hays Travel - Hamilton Avis 

As I have said before the girls in this shop are more than excellent at their jobs.They listen to what you want in a hotel etc.

Went into Hays Travel in Hamilton really not knowing where we wanted to go. We were welcomed by Julie who is the manager, and she couldn’t have been more helpful. We told her our budget and what we expected from a holiday. Julie then trawled patiently through countless options for us until we found something we both liked. Julie’s knowledge and experience was excellent. Looking forward to heading off on holiday very soon. 😃

Amanda made us feel so welcome and comfortable, she is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and made us at ease.

Staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Gave us everything we wanted and for a better price than we could get anywhere else. Could not fault this place at all. Staff are so friendly, welcoming and helpful, they deserve more than 5 stars ⭐️⭐️

Karen was fantastic. She was extremely knowledgeable and very patient. We had an idea of what we wanted but we looked at various options and thus ensured our trip was tailor made.

Decided to try Hays for a cruise ONLY LOOKING but had good fortune to meet Blu.
Blu took us through cruises. Gave us paraphernalia to take away. We returned when Blu was at work for bit more info. We decided to book as there was no pressure

Your shop was short staffed, one advisor and one cashier. There was a couple in before us. Your staff kept apologising for the wait. In the end the cashier came to help us, still apologising . It was not your staffs fault. the couple before us were really testing the advisor, had no idea where they wanted to go, had a budget but kept wanting to look at places over the budget. Truly the advisor was unbelievably patient.
The cashier who helped us was great and we managed to book the trip we wanted even though she kept apologising as this wasn't her job and it had to be done via phone because she did not have access to the computer to book it. Because of the couple before us we were there for about an hour and a half, again not your staffs fault. By the time we left this couple had gone through most of Europe and was still not decided. So in my opinion both the ladies in your Hamilton office deserve recognition for the great service they provided given the conditions they were up against

Julie who dealt with us in the Hamilton store was fantastic. They were down a few members of staff due to illness however she was so patient and helpful throughout dealing with our holiday booking which threw up a few glitches computer wise. Despite this her professionalism and obvious determination to get our holiday secured was so apparent and very much appreciated.

Yet again we’ve had excellent service from the Hamilton store. Great advice & assistance booking a cruise. Always friendly & helpful
