It is our first experience of booking throat travel agency. My son recommended Hays. It was a good experience. We were looked after. Our original choice was booked but the travel agent lady couldn't do more to help us. She rang people. Looked in brochures with us and she only let us go once we were satisfied. She found us another offer with more days in a different area of Cornwall.. i would give the lady, sorry i have forgotten her name, and the travel agency 10☆

Kelly made sure we were 100 percent with everything before booking.. made sure we knew everything about our holiday as it's out first time abroad and went above and beyond to help us with insurance too

Having spent approximately 4 hours in the Hanley branch, across the Saturday and Sunday. We finally came out with a City break to Italy and a Med cruise.
Having dealt with Kelly, Mark and Joy (the previous week) we can honestly say that nothing was too much trouble.
All were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient.
Would definitely recommend to anyone.

We always use Hays Travel as they really look after us .my wife being in a wheelchair and not being able to walk hays travel sort out all our needs to still go away abroad and everything is in place for our requirements.joy sorted out the things we needed and we gave her the destination we would like to go to and our budget and the joy showed us five different resorts and the facility’s available.booking was easy and efertless.the service hays travel provided is 100 /100.and always come home after holidays and pop in store and tell them how much we enjoyed ourselves.
