Complicated holiday making simpler
I was looking to book a group holiday over 2026 Christmas period in a good S Tenerife resort. From entering their travel agency in Harrow to complete a very satisfied confirmed booking only took 1.5 hours. It had taken me over a week of frustration to look for something similar online at home without any success. Geoffrey who took care of my booking was extremely courteous and helpful after making note of varied requirements of the group. From advising the pros and cons of the resorts to recommending package company to suit my budget and requirements, he was very patient while I communicated with some overseas group members. Based on experience I would recommend Hays Travel for complicated booking making simpler.

Amanda was very good
Amanda was very good. Between the 2 countries we were looking at, she told us which one was better to go for and look up the best hotel with the internally we gave her.
