Extremely welcoming staff. I explained what I wanted and the representative, who is fairly new, Xavier was very confident and very good at searching for the most suitable flight. Explained every detail to make sure everything was understood. I’ve used Hays on more than one occasion and keep going back as they are very experienced and knowledgeable at their job, making sure every aspect is covered.

She looked at all the offers & gave me a good holiday & the timings of the flights were light & she changed it. I think she was very pleasant wanted me to get a cheap deal. Then previous times I have been.

Satisfying and friendly service
We always try to book our holidays with Hays Travel. We told Tryvell our budget and exactly what we were looking for, and he was incredibly patient in helping us find the right holiday. Nothing was too much trouble, and we were very happy with the service we received. We would definitely recommend Hays Travel and look forward to booking with them again
