Recently booked an escorted holiday to Italy. Excellent service from the staff. Throughly explained the elements of the trip withrecommendations for hotels and tours. Staff were courteous and knowledgeable. Will certainly be using using Hays Travel again.

Holly was fantastic with us especially that we were a bit undecided on exactly what we wanted. She also gave us extra bits of info on things we needed to do and then followed up with an email of extra things that she could also arrange if we wanted.
All in all a first class service and we will definitely use Holly again

Helpful and friendly staff.
The service provided was excellent, but it was unfortunate that we visited the Hassocks office on the Monday morning to find the shop was not opening to callers at the office on that day.

We are open Monday-Saturday, however due to unforeseen staff shortages and safety concerns we sometimes can only work through incoming calls and emails, but are still available to contact in branch. We hope you're looking forward to your cruise!
Never disappointed
Have been using Hays travel at Haywards Heath for many years and always had great service. However as they were closed on this day for staffing issues we chose to go to the nearest one, this being Hassocks. We were not disappointed. We spoke to Hanna who helped us book holidays for four people.
Hanna was very friendly and professional and explained everything very clearly.

Tricky itinerary excellently managed and booked with no issues.
For someone unused to the whole travel agent experience, it couldn’t have been smoother. Despite being given a tricky dream itinerary, the team did very well to make an excellent set of options, which I was happy to accept. From initiation to full completion and booking in a week: excellent service.
