Excellent service and great staff
This is the second holiday that I have booked through Hays Travel, Hexham and I have been dealt with extremely courteously by Joe on both occasions. Always helpful, patient and knowledgeable, Joe has gone the extra mile for us each time. He is an industry professional (seasonal Cabin Crew with a major UK tour operator), so is able to advise and recommend from a well informed and confident base. The welcome from the staff is very warm as soon as you walk through the door. I would thoroughly recommend Hays Travel, Hexham.
