I made a brief enquiry around a flight to Canada, although the result ended a little more expensive than me booking it myself on line, I still chose to use Hays travel for the convenience, this was do to the level of service delivered by Madison, in the Hillsborough, Sheffield branch, I will now choose to use again.

I called in to ask about finding a cheap holiday for May, I left it with her as I had a dentist appointment & said I'd be back later, she found me a bargain. I just had to check with my friends & rang later & booked it. (Madison)
