Not such a straightforward holiday in Bali and Lombok
Both Mollie and Tracy were very helpful, especially as my wife and I were very flexible about our trip and needed to book some of it ourselves. In the end we sorted something out that met our requirements. It took a few emails and a few visits, but that was fine. Thanks.

Second booking in 6 months, fantastic service
This is my second time booking with this branch in 6 months after the first trip being absolutely fantastic. Everything is explained, every option explored to make sure we get what we need and at a fantastic price.

Amanda at the Horsforth branch was brilliant. Had all the time in the world for us, even after a few tweaks to our holiday. Can’t forget Tracy either. Good knowledge and made booking easy. Lovely to deal with, makes it a lot easier as a customer.
