Hays Travel - Houghton Avis 

We were welcomed into the Houghton Branch by the branch manager.
She Couldnt of been more helpful and the price she found for our holiday was cheaper than what we were able to find online.

Annalisa was extremely helpful she tried all different dates to see the cheapest way of doing it for us. Annalisa was efficient and very knowledgeable

Went to our local Hayes Houghton le spring, ware we book all our holiday s this time for a large family holiday 5 adults 3 children. We were welcomed by Katie sat and discussed our needs Katie gave us options and told us she will look at other options e mailed us later with other holiday options ,sat with family and discussed what Katie e mailed , called back following and booked the holiday Again Katie and all staff are excellent that’s why we book with Hayes all a credit the Hayes travel thank you.

Dealt with Lisa on this holiday again the support and help the Houghton branch give is over and beyond all the girls are exception giving advice help second holiday this year be booking another before end of year and will definitely book through Houghton first class

Well we had a brilliant experience at houghton but only one thing we were I quite a long time but there’s no coffee machine and I’ve seen them I others a nice cupper would have gone down very nice. You should be proud of your staff at houghton they are worth they wight in gold will definitely recommend them well done girls 👍👍👍
