The staff at your Hayes branch in Hove were absolutely fantastic! :-) My husband came into Hayes to book a 5 night getaway to Porto and he couldn't praise your staff highly enough! Dani was so kind and she really took personal care over our booking to make it a lovely trip for us. Very sad to hear of the passing of the…
Very sad to hear of the passing of the old manager, Fiona. She was always so friendly and helpful. It must be hard for the team but as soon as the lovely new manager went out for lunch the agents were really unprofessional and really unpleasant. Eye rolling and 'she doesn't have a clue' amongst other comments. It made me feel uncomfortable.

You won't be disappointed
An excellent experience over two visits. The first to find the right Hotel and flights then the following day to book the holiday.
On both occasions I received superb customer service, nothing was too much trouble.
I can unreservedly recommend Hays Travel.
