Gemma was so helpful and patient. She was great in finding us the right hotel for our trip. Gemma knows her stuff! I’m always super happy with the service I receive at Hays.

Came in to Hays not knowing what destination to choose
Came in to Hays not knowing where I wanted to book for a weeks holiday but knew my budget. Nicola was really helpful and got me a daughter a holiday booked at a fantastic price , she is a credit to the Hucknall team.
