The service was second to none, we were unsure about certain aspects of cruising as this is our first one, Rachel talked us through most of it, so yeah highly satisfied.

Ethiopian trip.
Ruby was pleasant. But on receiving the tickets the flights were not what I required so I am waiting to see what can be done. Nothing done agent wants £441 to change one flight and no real assistance from Hays. In future must consider who i book with. Hays are blaiming me for the error which i don,t accept
