The person who booked our holiday was really helpful, couldn't do enough for us looked at different hotels where they were located how far from town centre as my friend sometimes struggles with walking I have booked with him before

Very very helpful
Very helpful, quick response with our booking to Australia.
Harry who sorted our flights & hotels out was fantastic & was very polite and couldn't do enough to help us out.

Excellent work by Hays. Jeanette listened to my requests and took in everything I wanted for my 2027 ski package. And gave me a great deal too. Everything was explained clearly when I confirmed the booking.

Went in and enquired about a specific idea for a holiday. We were given lots of information, ideas, possibilities, travel adviser went through each travel company, looking at prices. We were not rushed and took our time.
