The travel consultant called Mia Freeman was amazing so helpful . She sorted everything for us and got us exactly what we wanted!! Nothing was to much trouble and such a kind , caring person . She made the booking process so easy . This was outstanding service from this lady and will be recommending hays travel and Mia to everyone I know who wants to book a holiday

Amy was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She dealt with our unusual circumstances with friendly professionalism.

We dropped in to Hays late in the afternoon for suggestions to link a short stay in Budapest with a longer self guided trip. The information was gathered for us over the next couple of days with one or two adjustments. Abi kept us informed at all stages, excellent service.

Booking our cruise was very easy

Lady in store was helpful, however my husband was disappointed that he was not offered a price match with the same holiday that my wife found on line on the Tui website the same day, especially as we had received an email the week prior from Hayes offering discounts if we booked over the Bank Holiday period. Overall happy with regards to the booking the holiday.
