We were looked after by staff the moment we entered the agency. Our travel needs were discussed and advice given, we booked a cruise. We were given all the information on the cruise and allocated the cabin we asked for.

Very helpful service
Very helpful service. We were welcomed by Vicky and although our plans were vague she went out of her way to give us options and all of the information she had available at the time. Later contacting us with comprehensive quotes, and then further quotes for an alternative holiday, we went on to book with the company. Although Vicky wasn't in branch, 2 other members of the team completed the booking for us. A lovely branch and a credit to the Hays travel business.
