Dealt with by a very professional employee who went out of her way to make our holiday booking easy, including booking our seats on the flights between Bournemouth and Faro.

Everyone was so welcoming, helpful and made the process really easy from start to finish. Big shout out to Chloe she is great at helping out and found exactly what I was looking for, she made the whole process easy which made me at ease.

Went to Hayes travel in Hythe 11/11/25 to book a break to sicily for next year for myself and my wife.Robyn who was only doing our booking was on day off so chloe who we saw completed the booking for us.they went way and beyond with their customer service,would recommend Hayes travel Hythe to my family and friends.
