Staff going above & beyond
Natasha, Lily and the other staff in store have been extremly helpful with booking our holiday. I had lots of questions which they were able to answer, and if they didn't know, they were proactive in finding out.
I have not booked with Hays Travel before, but judging from our experience so far, we would definitely book with them again.

Not having travelled abroad for a long…
Not having travelled abroad for a long time not sure about going it alone so dropped into hays for Update. We were treated very well so decided to book after feeling reassured, now looking forward to holidaying abroad again thank you
