Decided to go into Hays rather than booking online, as we wanted more travel advice. Fiona was very knowledgeable and helpful once we had discussed our requirements. All in all a good experience. We will be back

Excellent service
Maya was excellent at providing a complicated travel requirement that suited us perfectly. We could not have done it without her. Thank goodness there are still travel agents you can speak with face to face. I would highly recommend her at Hays Travel in Inverness.

Freindly, informative and found just what we needed.
Very freindly and informative. Went in looking for a weekend city break that wouldn't break the bank in the new year. Came out with a fortnight all inclusive winter sun holiday, leaving in six weeks!
