Nadia gave us a wonderful welcome. She then proceeded to search out a suitable holiday for us and we completed our booking very successfully. We have previously booked several holidays to various destinations through Hays Travel, Inverness, and this experience was excellent as always. Nadia was superb, so helpful, and she made it easy for us. Nothing was too much bother for her. She does a great job. Thank you so much Nadia.

We dealt with Fiona, and we weren’t easy to please, but she was very good at her job and found us the perfect holiday.

Yet again, we found what we wanted, eventually. Thanks Nadia, you really do have the patience of a saint!

I am quite elderly, although pretty fit, but haven't travelled for a while. I had 2 different itineraries in mind for my flights, 2 each way, but the agent suggested a third and compared the advantages, or otherwise of the options; having decided, I was being a bit dithery about actually going ahead there and then and booking, but she was very patient about it even when I decided, when she had started the process, that I should first consult my son whom I am going to visit abroad; having done this I did later make the booking with her over the phone. I appreciated the fact that she was not at all "pushy" or trying to hurry me up.

They really look after you and the service is excellent we would not go any where else

My review in no way reflects on Elana,she could not have been more helpful in what was quite a challenging trip to organise for me. And it certainly wasn't about an envelope? Which I'm sure Hays Inverness are well aware?

Booking our first holiday abroad as a couple was made so easy, with help from Nadia.
Her knowledge on the destinations was amazing and she listened to what we wanted, we went in overwhelmed by the amount of choice. We now have our holiday booked and are so excited. Nadia was, as always, very friendly and helpful. We had already decided which hotel to book but she helped us decide to book pool view room and extra legroom seats. We feel we can always rely on Hays Travel for honest advice, having booked with Nadia before, also with her colleague Elana. We hope to book another holiday, possibly in the winter.

I flew from Inverness to Heathrow in February en route to India. Except I didn’t as the route was via Dubai. I lost a lot of money, even the taxi transfers from terminal 3 to 5 were booked and paid for. The insurance naturally wouldn’t pay out.
It all took so much planning and arranging.
So I went to Hays for a holiday to Crete with friends, the lovely girl Elena did it all, even overnight in Gatwick for the outwards journey. Insurance too. As I’m deaf (and 74) assistance was arranged. Definitely no more DIY from now on. Excellent service and reasonable prices too.

Nadia your holiday rep couldn't have been more helpful a credit to your team nothing was too much trouble.

Went into look at holidays and came out with a Holiday for next year. Samantha was very helpful and knowledgeable. Will book again later in the year for this winter. We have used Hays Travel this last few years and no issues. Always Helpful
