Her knowledge and expertise, friendly approach and being so helpful she now knows what kind of holiday place I would like. I can email her destinations and she will reply promptly with hotels and flights and links for things to do there. Ele is great!

Booking flights to Australia
Tiffany was extremely helpful and advised us on booking a long haul flight to Australia. As we'd never booked long haul before we wanted some guidance and support to do this. Very haapy with the flights we booked.

The best possible service
The young man that served us was extremely polite and exceptionally good at his job, his knowledge helped us both choose a fantastic hotel at the best possible price. Me and my wife are both in our mid sixties and haven’t been on holiday for several years, we were both a bit nervous, we needn’t have worried at all.

Excellent service!
Reece was so helpful in putting together a package holiday for us that included multiple cities and hotels. He has made everything coordinate perfectly, happily arranging adaptations where needed. I was impressed with how Reece checked in with every step of the process, and how quickly our itinerary was compiled at a price we were happy with.
