We were greeted with smiles and hello’s from all staff with Holly even sharing her left over Christmas chocolates with us. Reece was fabulous trying to get us the holiday that we wanted even though the internet wasn’t always reliable (not his fault). We always find the team at Ipswich very helpful they know what we want in a holiday as a couple and as a family especially Tiffany and would trust them with our holiday destinations. Hays travel should be proud of the Ipswich team

Tenerife flight booked at Hays Travel - Ipswich
On Thursday 4th December 2025 I booked a return flight to Tenerife. As I have had a medical procedure during the year, I decided to book my flight through a travel agent. I spoke to Ele and told her my requirements. She was very helpful and in addition to booking my flights she sent an email to the airline asking for information regarding going through the security checks at both Gatwick and Tenerife. She was not only helpful but also able to give me useful information and everything very easy.
